The timings for the 2024 MonSTaR Cup and Cocktail Function on Friday 22nd March at Pennant Hills Golf Club are:
- 10.00am – Golfers arrive, bacon and egg rolls served
- 11.00am – Golfers Briefing & set off to holes
- 11.30am – Shotgun start
- 4.40pm – Golf Complete, golfers food & drinks in clubhouse
- 5.20pm – Golf presentation
- 6.30pm – Evening Cocktail Guests Arrive
- 7.00pm – Official welcome, canapes served, speeches, entertainment
- 9.00pm – Live Auction
- 9.30pm – Raffle draw
- 10.00pm – Silent Auction closes, live band starts
- Midnight – Event ends
Seating & spacing – this is a cocktail style function where we will bring in additional cocktail tables and bar stools with one bar table and 4 bar stools to share between 8 guests. There will be additional break out areas with couches and outdoor seating on the balcony.
