Terms and conditions for online credit card payments

All payments to MonSTaR using the online credit card facilities are subject to the following conditions.

1. MonSTaR accepts the following cards:
   • American Express (AUD only)
   • Diners Club (AUD only)
   • MasterCard (AUD only)
   • Visa (AUD only)
2. MonSTaR does not accept:
   • EFTPOS
   • Other debit cards.
3. All payments will be processed in Australian dollars (AUD).
4. When you complete the online payment form, funds will be deducted from your credit card in Australian dollars (AUD).
5. Due to the way transactions are processed by the external banking sites, there may be delays of 1-3 days before evidence of processing.
6. Payments are debited to MonSTaR.
7. Credit card payments are secure:
   • Payments will be processed directly by the St George bank (AUD transactions) using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
   • Credit card numbers are protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the Internet.
8. Confirmation:
   • If successful, the St George bank will confirm that your payment was completed.
   • If unsuccessful, the St George Bank will advise that your payment has failed. MonSTaR will not be advised why a payment has failed, therefore, you should contact your credit card provider for details.
9. MonSTaR will confirm your payment details via email.
10. By using MonSTaR's online credit card facilities you agree to all applicable MonSTaR policies relating to your Internet resources.
11. All information you provide on the credit card payment facility forms will be handled in accordance with the MonSTaR privacy statement.
12. MonSTaR's Terms and Conditions for online credit card payments are subject to change at any time. Each transaction shall be subject to the specific Terms and Conditions that were in place at the time of the transaction.
