The MonSTaR Cup golf day has proven to be a great day over the past few years and no doubt will be again this year. Spots go quickly and numbers are limited so we strongly advise early bookings to avoid disappointment.
Now in its 6th year, MonSTaR Cup has become widely renowned as one of the premier golf and social events on the Sydney calendar. Competing for the Fiona Pearce Memorial trophy on the lush fairways of one of Sydney's premier golf courses, is the precursor to a party with fine food, live music and exposure to the now famous 'money can't buy' experiences which are offered for sale during the evening (telephone bidding is available to pre-registered bidders). Guests are welcome to come for golf only, dinner only or golf and dinner.

Pennant Hills Golf Club is one of Sydney's premier private golf clubs holding both Championship and Group One status. Pennant Hills par 71 championship course is a commanding test of golf for players of all standards. Although not overly long at just over 5900m the strength of the course lies in its magnificent tree lined fairways dominated by tall eucalypts and some of the last remnants of the Sydney Turpentine Ironbark community.
The golf day will proceed in virtually all weather conditions. Should the day need to be cancelled we will place this information on our website.
Pennant Hills Golf Club's standard of dress must be followed at all times - players need a collared shirt, dress trousers or shorts (no jeans, beach shorts or track pants) and soft spiked golf shoes. Dinner dress is similar smart casual, with no jeans, thongs and socks must be worn with shoes.
We will be playing IRISH TEAMS STABLEFORD.
Rules are: Each player has their own handicap to score each hole Best 1 stableford score for holes 1-6 Add Best 2 stableford scores for holes 7-12 Add Best 3 scores for holes 13-18 'Don't forget which hole you start on'!
SCORING: Just score your individual scores on your own card by putting a vertical line through the number corresponding to your score on each hole; the computer will calculate the correct team score.
2 PUTT RULE: for consideration of players and to speed up play, if you don't sink your 1st PUTT, pick up your ball and score your hole as a 2 PUTT and move to the next hole.
